Harold Boileau dies at Junction
Harold Francis Boileau, 58, of Columbus Junction died at Restopia in that community Thursday, June 23, 1966. He had been seriously ill for the past six months.
The funeral will be Saturday at 2 p.m. in the Jones Funeral Home with Dr. Vernon Elgin in charge. Burial will be in Woodlawn Cemetery.
Mr. Boileau was born in Washington March 8, 1908, a son of Alvah Vinton and Ethel Elizabeth Smith Boileau. He was reared here and was a veteran of World War II. He was employed by the Rock Island Railroad for 42 years.
Surviving are his father, Alvah of Winfield; one sister, Mrs. Bert (Florence) Wheeler of Silvis, Ill.; three brothers: James of Davenport, Harry (Fritz) Boileau of Washington and Donald of Ainsworth.
