NAME: Schroeder, Frank (m. Agnes Vosika)

 Frank O. Schroeder, youngest of seven children, and son of a pioneer family, Henry and Mary Wolf Schroeder, was born May 4, 1892 near Pocahontas. Frank was educated in the Pocahontas area and served in the Army during W.W. I. He married Agnes Vosika May 22, 1928 at Pocahontas. The couple made their home at Pocahontas where Frank was involved in farming and a number of businesses in the community.
 Mrs. Schroeder died June 26, 1978.
 Frank entered the Pocahontas Manor October 20, 1983. He was a member of the Pocahontas American Legion and served as Commander in 1926 and 1950. Frank was a fourth degree member of the Knights of Columbus, and a charter member of the Veterans of Foreign Wars Post at Laurens.
 Survivors include a daughter, Mrs. Charles (Mary Ann) Shimon of Pocahontas, four grandchildren, and one great-granddaughter.
